A buddy of mine recently remarked on the overwhelming talent of my friends. "They're all incredibly talented at something; they're all such interesting people," he said.

He's right, too. My friends are all geniuses in some way. But it was weird to hear this statement because it was meant to include me. Due to my 22 year history of being incredibly average and unimpressive, I'm not used to being considered oddly good at anything. Except for maybe grades 7-9 when I was an abnormally huge loser. I was oddly good at that.

It got me wondering what exactly he thought was my talent, or perhaps whether I have one that I just haven't realized. Maybe it's my ability to sit through even the most stunningly terrible romantic comedies. Or the fact that I can rap along to Ludacris' "What's Your Fantasy?", kind of. That I can maintain a blog... sporadically?

He was probably just including me to make me feel better, because really. REALLY LOOK AT THAT.

Oh! I've got one. How about my skills at mocking pseudo-poets?:
